A mid-sized multifunctional towable caravan designed for day use or short-term stays, with a gross weight of 2,500 kg and manufactured in Greece. It includes a bathroom, shower, and a seating or office area that expands on both sides, creating a unified and spacious interior suitable for professional or auxiliary use.

The Expandable Caravan is built from sandwich-type panels with a wooden/metal frame and insulation made of polystyrene and rock wool boards, 3–4 cm thick. The structure is externally clad with GRP sheet. The chassis is made of galvanized box-section steel, while all openings are equipped with aluminum caravan windows that open and include insect screens and blackout blinds. The interior layout and finishing materials are custom-made, and there is the option for additional systems such as energy autonomy equipment, heating/cooling units, and more.

It carries all the necessary towing certifications for Greece and the EU, as well as the mechanical installations required for connection to utility networks, allowing it to function as a mobile multifunctional space. Particular emphasis is placed on adaptability and ease of transport in areas with road access.
