A large towable caravan designed for fixed placement, with a gross weight of 3,000 kg and manufactured in Greece. It meets the standards of a small home, featuring a spacious loft bedroom, a kitchen, a living area that converts into an additional bedroom, a full-size residential bathroom, and ample storage space.

The Pitched Caravan House is constructed from sandwich-type panels with a wooden/metal frame and insulation made of polystyrene and rock wool boards, 4–6 cm thick. It is clad both externally and internally with custom-selected finishing sheets. The chassis is built from galvanized box-section steel, and all openings are fitted with residential-style aluminum windows—hinged or sliding—equipped with insect screens and blackout systems where required. The interior layout and finishing materials are fully customizable, and the design offers expanded potential for additional equipment such as energy-autonomy systems and heating/cooling units, thanks to its roof, which is partially covered with photovoltaic panels on one side.

It includes all the necessary certifications for towing and for placement on a plot or agricultural land in Greece without requiring a building permit (unlike mobile homes, which cannot be legally placed on such land). It is also equipped with the mechanical installations required for connection to utility networks, allowing it to function as a guesthouse or a small home for seasonal or permanent living, with a strong emphasis on adapting to individual aesthetic and functional needs.
