A large towable caravan designed for fixed placement, with a gross weight of 3,000 kg and manufactured in Greece. It meets the standards of a small home and can include 1–2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a full-size residential bathroom, and ample storage space.
The Hut Caravan House is built from sandwich-type panels with a wooden/metal frame and insulation made of polystyrene and rock wool boards, 4–6 cm thick. It is clad both externally and internally with custom-selected finishing sheets. The chassis is made of galvanized box-section steel, while the openings feature residential-style aluminum windows—either hinged or sliding—equipped with insect screens and blackout systems where necessary. The interior layout and finishing materials are made to order, and optional systems can be added, such as energy-autonomy equipment, heating/cooling units, and more.
It includes all required certifications for towing and placement on a plot or agricultural land in Greece without the need for a building permit (unlike mobile homes, whose placement on such land is illegal). It is also equipped with the mechanical installations necessary for connection to utility networks, enabling it to function as a guesthouse or a small home suitable for seasonal or even permanent living, with strong emphasis on adapting to individual aesthetic and functional requirements.

Based on the percentages of Caheeba properties, Hut Caravan House has the potential of complete self-sufficiency during the summer and the in-between months and partial self-sufficiency during winter. It is considered as the intermediate solution between the Eco-caravans and the Medi-houses and it is ideal for all kinds of campings, including the glamorous versions, because although it has a house-type layout it can be transferred to different campings.
