A mid-sized towable caravan designed for fixed placement, with a gross weight of 2,500 kg and manufactured in Greece. It meets the specifications of a small guesthouse, featuring a kitchenette, a full-size residential bathroom, a wardrobe, and a spacious room with a double bed.

The Tiny Caravan House is constructed from sandwich-type panels with a wooden/metal frame and 4 cm–thick insulation made of polystyrene and rock wool boards. It is clad both externally and internally with custom-selected finishing sheets. The chassis is made of galvanized box-section steel, while the openings are fitted with aluminum residential-style windows—either hinged or sliding—along with insect screens and blackout systems where required. The interior layout and finishing materials are custom-made, and optional equipment is available such as energy-autonomy systems, heating/cooling units, and more.

It includes all necessary certifications for towing and for placement on a plot or agricultural land in Greece without requiring a building permit (unlike mobile homes, which cannot legally be placed on such land). It is also equipped with the mechanical installations needed for connection to utility networks, enabling it to function as a small residence or a short-stay guesthouse, with emphasis on adapting to specific aesthetic and functional needs.

Based on the percentages of Caheeba properties, Tiny Caravan House has the potential of complete self-sufficiency during the summer and the in-between months and partial self-sufficiency during winter. It is considered as the intermediate solution between the Eco-caravans and the Medi-houses and it is ideal for all kinds of campings, including the glamorous versions, because although it has a house-type layout it can be transferred to different campings.
